Oriental Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients
6 oz grilled chicken1/33 cup chow mein noodles4 cups salad greens2 TB cup almonds1/2 cup mandarine oranges, drained1/4 cup canola oil (or add some sesame oil with canola)1/4 cup Splenda1/2 TB lilte soy sauce1 TB Rice Wine Vinegar
Directions
cut chicken into strips, saute in smart balance or grill, and set aside
combine salad greens, chow mein noodles, almods and mandarine organges
prepare salad dressing: blend canole oil (or use some sesame oil with the canola), splenda, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar
Toss salad greens with dressing
Add chicken
