Curried Tofu & Vegetables

Ingredients
1/2 pkg. stir-fry vegetables1 tbsp. vegetable oil1/2 pkg. Mori-Nu Silken Tofu, Extra Firm1 clove garlic, minced1/2 tsp. ginger1/2 tbsp. curry powder
Directions
Heat oil in wok or skillet. Add tofu and garlic to oil; stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Add vegetables, ginger and curry powder and stir-fry an additional 10 minutes. Serving suggestion: Serve over cooked rice.
