Ingredients
1 1/2 c. flour1/2 c. whole grain flour1/4 tsp. salt4 tsp. baking powder3 T. sugar2 T butter1/4 c. canola oil1 c. 1% milk
Directions
Combine dry ingredients; cut in butter and oil. Stir in milk just until incorporated and no lumps. Drop 1/4 c. mounds onto baking sheet; bake at 425F for 15-20 min.

    I used 1 cup spelt flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour, and the oil I used was a mixed oil (olive & canola). We enjoyed these with blueberries, strawberries, peaches and of course, some whipped cream!! Delicious!! - 8/14/11
