Rice-a-roni Casserole

Ingredients
1 box any flavor Rice-a-roni 1 lb ground beef (or turkey) onion, chopped (to taste) 1 clove garlic, minced salt and pepper (to taste) 1 can sweet yellow corn, drained
Directions
Prepare rice-a-roni according to package. In seperate skillet cook together meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper until done; drain off excess fat. Add cooked meat and corn to rice-a-roni and cook uptil heated through.
