High Protein Cheesecake

Ingredients
2 cups ricotta cheese2 medium eggs1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder1/2 cup granulated Splenda or steviaGrated rind and juice of 1 lemon1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Blend ingredients
Fill a flat pan with water, place it on the bottom rack of the oven.
Pour into 9 inch pan and bake on top rack for 30 to 40 minutes.

Chill before serving.
