Candied Baby Carrots

Ingredients
6 cups of baby carrots3 tbsp Earth Balance Buttery Spread2 tbsp cinnamon2 tbsp cardamom2 tbsp ginger2 tbsp allspice1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar BlendCooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray medium casserole dish with cooking spray
In medium sized mixing bowl add carrots, spices, spread, and sugar.
Mix with hands until everything is coated and sugar and spread are well mixed.
Place mixture in casserole dish, cover.
Place in oven and cook for 30 mins.
Remove and enjoy!
