Ingredients
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef1 lb restaurant style tortilla chips2 cans black olives (about 30 large olives)2 cups shredded lettuce2 large beefsteak tomatoes8 Tbsp fat free sour cream2 packets taco seasoning1 cup sliced jalapenos1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
brown ground beef, drain oil
add water (according to taco seasoning packet) and taco seasoning.
slice olives
shred lettuce
dice tomatoes
slice jalapenos

divide chips up 8 ways
divide meat up 8 ways
place meat on top of chips
add olives, jalapenos
put 1/8 cup cheese on top of each plate
put in microwave 30-40 seconds, to melt cheese
top with remaining veggies and ff sour cream.
