Tortellini Chickpea Soup

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil2 - 10.75 oz cans of chicken broth, concentrate2 soup cans of water13oz of cheese tortellini1 cup chopped fresh spinach1 can chickpeas 15.5oz
Directions
Heat oil

Add can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed, and heat for approx 1min.

Add chicken broth and water and bring to boil.

Add tortellini and cook according to pkg directions.

Chop spinach and add to soup. Cook for 1min more.

Enjoy!
