12 +large spinach leaves4 Pacific salmon fillets1 tablespoon fresh dill, choppedsalt & pepper to taste1 cup cold water1 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted2/3 cup green onions, sliced1 clove garlic, minced
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Place your spinach on a bottom of a baking pan. Place you Salmon on top. Sprinkle a bit of Salt and pepper to taste and your dill weed on top of your salmon.
Then Mix you water and butter together a pour over top of your salmon. Then you can add your Garlic and your green onions. Cover with Tin foil tightly.
Bake until the salmon is flaky you may need to bast the salmon a few times. may take 25-30 mins.
