3 eggplants sliced & baked2 jars prego italian sauce8 lasagna noodles, cooked3/4 cup shredded fat free cheese
Directions
Slice eggplant, spray with pam, bake at 375 until tender. Cook noodles. Layer sauce, eggplant, noodles, cheese, sauce. Bake 375 for 30-45 min
