Leek & Kale Quiche

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup white flour (or wheat)1/2 cup vegetable oil1/4 cup milk1/2 tsp salt4 fresh eggs1 cup milk2 tablespoons flour1 teaspoon dried mustard1/2 teaspoon thyme1 cup shredded cheddar (I substituted half with parmesan)2 tablespoons olive oil1 large leek sliced very thinl3 cups kale, sliced very thinSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix the flour, oil, milk and salt IN a 10-inch pie plate. Press against bottom and sides to make crust. Saute the leeks in the olive oil for 2 minutes. Add kale and saute another 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Whisk eggs, milk, flour and seasonings in a bowl, stir in cheese. Spread leek/kale mixture in crust. Pour egg/milk/cheese mixture over. Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes
