2 lbs beef chuck, cubed1 Can (46 oz) Tomato juice2 cans (14 oz each) Beef broth2 cups chopped onion2 cups diced celery2 lbs Hanover Frozen Vegetables for Soup1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp pepper1 bay leaf3/4 cup pearl barley4 cups water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot, cook on medium-low for 10 hours.
