Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
8 chicken thighs5 T. butter, melted1 T. mustard3/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated1 T. dried parsleysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
melt butter in pan or microwave and mix in mustard.
On a plate, combine cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in butter/mustard and then coat with cheese mixture.
Place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish and bake for 45 min.
NOTE: if you use chicken with bones, increase baking time.
