Quick Tuna Patties

Ingredients
1 can water packed tuna (6 oz)10 fat free saltine crackers2 egg whites1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
Directions
Mix tuna and eggs together. Add crushed crackers and 1/4 cup cornmeal. Add small amount of oil to frying pan. Drop by large spoonfuls cornmeal to coat each side. Fry until brown.
