crab stuffed mushroom caps

Ingredients
12 large mushrooms8OZ (250g) cream cheese1/2 cooked crab meat3 tbsp parmesan cheesefresh lemon
Directions
Remove mushrooms stems and trim caps to accommodate crab mix.
Thoroughly combine cream cheese, parmesan and crab.
Add 1 tbsp mix to each cap
place on baking dish and cover.
bake at 350F 45 min covered, taking cover off last 5 min.
squeeze fresh lemon on top before eating.

**I usually add fresh garlic to the cream cheese to add flavour.
