Ingredients
butter 1/2 tablespoonEgg, fresh, 1 medium alnatura rye flour, 500 gram(s) Flour, white, 1 cup Sweet potato, 2 cup, cubes
Directions
Cook sweet potato in salted water. When cooked mash it with 1/2 tablespoon of butter. Use 4/5 of mixed flour to prepare sweet potato dough. Cut the dough into small pieces and cook again in the salted water until gnocci come out on the surface.
