Crockpot Venison and Red Beans

Ingredients
1 TBS canola oil1 cup chopped onion1 lb ground venison1 clove garlic2 cups red beans, soaked overnightwater to cover beans
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in oil; add venison and brown. Place in crockpot with beans. Cover with water. Cook on low 8-10 hrs. season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over brown rice. Makes 6 servings.
