Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Cream Cheese, 3 oz Milk, 3.25%, 2 tbsp *Onion powder- to tastePimiento, stemmed and peeled, 3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp*Hot sauce - Tabasco Sauce, couple of dashes, to tasteButter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Directions
set out cheeses and butter to soften up at room temp.
once soften, mix with all of the other ingredients
shape into a ball and chill until ready to serve
