Homemade hashbrowns

Ingredients
3 meduim size potatoes, skin removed and shredded3 cups 3 pepper &onion blend forzen vegetables, thawedsalt and pepper to tastecooking spray
Directions
1. Preheat nonstick skillet to meduim heat and spray with cooking spray to coat the bottom and sides.
2. Rinse potatoes before adding to skillet, cook until tender
3. Add vegetables, reduce heat to med. low and continue cooking for 10mins.
4. Flip and brown other side.
