Ida Veggie Soup With Sausage

Ingredients
Water, bottled, 4 serving Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 2 cup, strips or slices Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped or diced Hunts Diced Tomotoes, 7 serving Western Family Great Northern Beans, 3.5 serving *Johnsonville Hot Italian Sausage, 1 serving
Directions
Cut all veggies up. Put in large soup pan. Add tomatoes Beans and add 4 cups of water. Bring to slow boil and turn and simmer for two hours. water.

Boil Sausage till done and cut into small pieces. Add to all the other ingredients.

*** Note the 3.5 Servings of Beans is 1 can with juice***
*** Note the 1 Sevrving of sausage = 3 sausage***

***Note this comes out to 12 - 1- cup servings***
***I always do my measuring in 1 cup amounts.***
