Pam's Healthy Beef Vegtable Soup

Ingredients
1.5 lbs Beef Tips or Stew Beef12 cups Beef Broth1 can Cambell's Tomato Soup1 cup Chopped Onion1 cup Chopped Celery2 cups (1 small bag) Baby Carrots1 cup fresh green beans2 large potatoes Cut1 cup Chopped Tomatoes1-2 cups water depending on thickness
Directions
Makes 10 1.5-cup servings

Boil beef tips in 2-3 cups of beef broth. Season with salt & pepper if you choose to.

While beef is boiling, pour rest of beef broth & tomato soup into big soup pan. Cut up onions, celery, carrots, beans, potatoes & tomatoes and put all ingrediants into soup. Cook until vegtables are at a desired softness. Then pour in the beef tips with the juice it cooked in. Cook for an addition 15-20.
