1 onion slicedd1/4 cup egg substitute1/4 cup bread cumbsnon stick spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and coat with non-stick spray.
Dip onion rings in egg substitute and coat with crumbs. Place on foil and spray again with non stick spray.
Cook for 8 minutes on one side and then turn and cook for another 5-7 minutes on the other side. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn. If necessary, reduce oven temperature.
Makes 2 servings.
