Individual Mock Apple Pie

Ingredients
1 medium Apple1/2 tsp. Splenda1/4 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. Fiber One cereal, crushed2 Tbsp. Cool Whip Free
Directions
Core apple and cut into wedges or slices. Place in microwave safe bowl and sprinkle with Splenda and cinnamon.

Microwave about 3 minutes. Toss on 2 Tbsp crumbled Fiber One cereal and microwave another minute. (Cooking time may very depending on microwave power and size of apple.) Top with Cool Whip Free.

    This is AWESOME!!! I sprayed a little I can't believe it's not butter spray on it before adding the Splenda and instead of the FIber One I put some natural granola on the top. Tastes great and sooooo easy! - 2/18/09

    Well here is a dessert low in everything and so terribly easy it makes you want to cry. Nutritional, and cheap, too. Carbs might be a little high; I would go for half at one time, leaving the other half for snack or later meal. - 5/3/07
