Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries1/2 tbsp cornstarchdash of stevia1/2 cup Kashi Go Loean CRUNCH cereal
Directions
In a single ramekin, combine berries, stevia and cornstarch. Top with cereal. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve with a dollup of yogurt or cool whip or nothing at all...
