Splendacanned pumpkinshorteningflourbaking powderbaking sodacinnamonsaltraisinschopped nuts & orange peel (optional)
preheat oven to 375
mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
1 tbsp orange peel & 1/2 c. chopped nuts are optional
drop approx. 1 tbsp of cookie down on to un-greased baking sheet and space evenly. (cookies do not spread out and can be placed fairly close together). Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
