Mexican Lasagne

Ingredients
2 Mission Whole Wheat Tortillas8 oz Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese6 oz lean ground beef1 cup salsa1/2 cup refried beans2 tbsp taco seasoning1/4 cup water
Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet , drain fat
Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water
In a glass pie plate, put 2 tbsp of salsa in bottom
layer the tortilla, 1/2 the fat free cheddar, 1/2 the refried beans, 1/2 the remaining salsa and repeat for 2nd layer
bake in microwave for 5-8 minutes on high or in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes

I usually make this with the leftover taco filling the day after we have tacos. My children love it.
