Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove)*Bisquick Healthy Heart (dry), .5 cup (remove)*Evaporated milk, lowfat 2%, 13 oz (remove)*Libby Canned Pumpkin--15 oz can, 1.75 cup (remove)Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)Ginger, ground, .25 tsp (remove)Cloves, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high 1 minute. Pour into a greased, 9-inch pie pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes.

You may replace the nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger with 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, if desired.

    I have made this for years, but reduce the calories even more by using Splenda and substituting applesauce for half of the butter. I also use pumpkin pie spice. I also use canned whipped cream to finish off each piece. - 12/12/10
