Chicken & Sweet Potato Stew

215 grams of cut up chicken breast or thigh250 grams of raw sweet poato, cubed3 cups low sodium chicken broth1 medium onion, chopped1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tbsp coarse black pepper1/2 cup chopped carrot2 tbsp flour

Place everything (except flour) in slow cooker on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours. When finished, add flour, stir and cook for a few minutes longer, until thickened...
