-Spinach Salad-2 tbsp fat free honey dijon-equal parts chopped walnuts, sun dried tomatoes, orange slices and corn
Directions
Take ample amount of spinach greens, place in bowl and add equal amounts of chopped walnuts, sun dried tomatoes, orange slices and corn.

Drizzle with honey dijon dressing and serve.
