Ingredients
Ingredients:*potato, chopped, 2 cup Cauliflower, chopped, 2 cup Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 medium cloves Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Salt, 1.5 tsp Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) *Imagine Organic Chicken Stock, 2 cup Put above ingredients in pot, bring to a boil & simmer for 15 min. Cool; Put into blender and puree till smooth. Put back into soup pot on low heat or double boiler and whisk in the following:1.5 cup grated cheddar chese0.75 cup fat free half & half0.25 tsp dried dill weed0.25 tsp dry mustardpinch cayennepinch black pepper
