Ingredients
1.5 lbs. ground beef (lean)1 lb mixed vegetable frozen2 cans (14oz cans) swansons broth1 can italian diced tomatoes1 large onion diced2 sm italian squash diced4 large potatoes diced4 cloves garlic chopped1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp old bay seasoning2 med carrots diced
Directions
place ground beef and onions in skillet and brown meat.
in a large stock pot, add all the ingredients and simmer till vegetables are done.
