Very good, the pork was a bit fry for my taste so next time I will start the apples and add the pork chops during last half hour. - 11/8/09

I love apples and pork together and have a sweet tooth, so this was very good and easy, too. I used WW flour and cubed the apples in small pieces plus used Brown Sugar Spenda blend and some allspice. Served it with broccoli w/lemon pepper and roasted garlic/rosemary red potatoes. - 1/27/10

Very good! I added a little brown sugar and used real sugar instead of splenda. I also added a tad bit S&P to the chops before flouring. - 10/21/09

Loved this! The crust that formed on the pork was great. I used a center cut pork loin instead of chops and it was excellent. Thank you for sharing! - 2/25/12

I appreciated that I didn't need to buy any "special" ingredients for this. I cut the sugar to 1/4 cup & and the nutmeg to 1/8 tsp. One word describes this recipe ~ AMAZING! I shared this recipe w/several friends & family and they too agree. I paired this up w/Spanish rice and corn. - 1/10/12

I followed what others were saying about the cooking time, and started the apples first, putting the pork in with about 30 minutes to go. I also used whole wheat flour, but do think the pork should be seasoned a little, too. Will definitely make again. - 5/14/14

This was way, way too good to be diet food.
I heeded previous comments and cut the nutmeg in 1/2.
I followed the time an temperature directions and the apples were soft and the chop was dry. Next time, I'll follow Donna_W's instructions. - 4/18/12

    This is a great recipe. I made one substitution--instead of sugar I used sugar-free preserves. - 3/29/11

We enjoyed this. I used Splenda brown sugar instead of Splenda sugar. We'll add it to the rotation due to how easy and tasty it was! - 12/7/10

I left off the splenda and flour....
I added onion slices that I sauted a bit first with the apples...it was yummy
and yes apples and onions are so good together..salt pepper and garlic to taste... - 2/4/17

This would have been great, but the breading on the pork didn't get crispy and it was otherwise done. I ran it under the broiler until the top was cooked and scrapped it off of the bottom of the meat. Not sure what to do differently. It was really tasty other than that. - 12/5/15

I love pork chops but was tired of making them the same. Adding apples to pork chops was a totally new idea for me but I tried it and my husband and I both loved them! I made them exactly as the recipe stated and will absolutely make them again soon! - 10/20/15

The pork and apples compliment each other. The pork was overdone. I agree with the previous review to put the apples in for 45 mins. and add the pork 15 mins. later. I thought that 50 minutes was a long time to bake pork so I bought half inch thick chops. They were not moist nor tender. - 6/6/15
