Ingredients
*Vg's USDA choice Angus Beef boneless Chuck Roast, 2# 13 oz.*Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion (1pkt = 4T), 4 tbsp
Directions
Put ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours.
To make gravy: Remove meat and veggies from crockpot. Add to stock: 1/4 cup water blended with 2 tbsp all-purpose flour. Cook on high until thickened. (Not in nutritional values.)
