1 c. ice cubes.5 c. unsweetened cranberries, frozen1 c. unsweetened strawberries, frozen1 c. nonfat milk.5 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt2 splenda packets.5 t. vanilla extract
Sleepily put all things in blender (try to note the lines on the blender so you'll be able to make it by feel later). Blend until the mass doesn't move, then shake the thing, hold down ice crush, and blend some more!
