1 can diced tomatos1 can chili beans5 med sized baking potatos (idahos, yukons)2 tbsp Garlic Powder3 tbsp Chili Powder1 tbsp Black Pepper2 cups Shreadded Colby-Jack cheese(spices to taste, can adjust as needed)
Scrub and puncture potatos with fork and bake in microwave at normal settings.
In small saucepan empty canned ingredients and add spices. Bring to near boil and let simmer as potatos cook. Stir occasionally.
Once potatos are done and chili mix is heated, slice potatos lengthwise and fluff like typical baked potato. Spoon 1/2 to 2/3 cup chili mixture over potato and top with shreadded cheese just before serving.
