    I only gave this 4 stars and not 5 b/c the directions on how to prepare are missing and I tried mixing it with the cream cheese still cold and the frosting came out lumpy. Otherwise it's yummy. I recommend making sure the cream cheese is room temperature before mixing though. - 10/21/10

    I tried it with room temperature cream cheese-was great! A nice compliment to the pumpkin spice cupcakes. I might consider using this with other extracts if I need a different frosting. - 1/9/11
