Apple and Cranberry Loaf

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup *Flour, white, 1 cup Baking Powder, 1.5 tspApples, fresh, 2 cup, quartered or chopped *Splenda, 3/4's CCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.25 cup Cranberries, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
MIX flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside. Mix apples, splenda and applesauce in large bowl. Add egg; mix well. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be thick.) gently stir in cranberries.

SPREAD batter into greased 8x4-inch loaf pan.

BAKE at 350°F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
