Mock Chicken Patties

Ingredients
1 cup water14 oz firm tofu4 Tbs. chicken style seasonings1 Tbs. beef style seesonings1 cup raw cashews, finely chopped3 cups regular rolled oats1 medium onion, finely diced1 cup celery, finely diced
Directions
1. Blend water, tofu, chicken and beef seasonings until smooth.

2. Stir in the chopped cashews and oats. While the oats are soaking up some of the moisture, braise the onion and celery in a non-stick pan, then add to the above mixture.

3. Form 28 patties. Cook the patties over medium-low heat in a pan that has been lightly coated with oil. Lightly brown on both sides.

Serve with your favorite gravy.
