Banana Cinnamon Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 c whole wheat flour1 1/4 c 1% milk2 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon2 T flaxseed1 T brown sugar1 egg
Directions
Makes 12 pancakes

Beat together milk and egg. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Slowly add milk and egg mixture to dry ingredients by stirring. Scoop 1/4 c batter for each pancake on grittle.

* Pancake is done on 1st side when batter bubbles.

* Keep pancakes warm by placing in a glass dish in 200 degree oven. Put a dish of water in oven as well to keep pancakes moist.
