1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper1/2 tsp Cumin2 Tbl Seasame Oil1 Tbl pressed Garlic4 C Chicken Broth (Gluten Free)9 C (1 Bag) Normandy Blend Vegetables 8 oz can Diced Tomatoes1 Red Pepper
Directions
In Crock pot (or stock pot) add all ingredients and cook 30-40 min on high until done
