Banana Raisin/or Date Bread

1/2 c. Light Sr Cream or Yogurt3 Egg Whites2 c. Mashed Bananas. (about 3-4)1 T. Molasses1/2 c. Gran. Sugar1 c. All Purpose Flour3/4 c. Whole Wheat Flour1/4 c. Wheat Bran/Germ1 tesp. Bkg Pwd1 tesp. Bkg Soda1 c. raisins, packed /or chopped dates
In a medium size bowl, combine: Sour Cream / or Yogurt, egg whites, banana, and molasses.
Stir in sugar, flour, ww flour , bran, bkg pwd, and baking soda. Stir to mix well. Scrape down sides of bowl. Ghen gently stir in dried fruit, raisins or dates.
Pour dough into a grease loaf pan 5"x 9".
Bake in a pre heated 350 oven for 35-40 minutes or until a taster comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes in the pan prior to removing to
a rack to cool to room temp. Store in air tight container.
