Artichoke & Olive Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
28 oz Dei Fratelli Italian Sauce15 Polar Marinated Artichoke Hearts (artichokes come quartered - 15 quarters)25 large Black Olives1 cup chopped onion3 cloves minced garlic1 tsp Basil1 tsp Oregano
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in pan with cooking spray.

Coursely chop olives and artichokes. Add to onions and garlic.

Add in spices and tomato sauce.

Simmer for approx 30 minutes...the longer the better.

Makes 5 servings.
