DF/GF Butternut soup

Ingredients
Butternut Squash, 6 cup, cubes *Sweet Potato, baked, 2 cup *Nishiki Brown Rice, 2 serving Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves *Better Than Cream Cheese (non-hydrogenated) [Tofutti], 8 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Cloves, ground, .25 tsp Allspice, .13 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp
Directions
Cook the squash/sweet potato until soft. Nishiki rice can be added either before or after heating the Nishiki bowl. Add all ingredients to a large pot or crock pot and let them simmer for 15-20 minutes or longer until all ingredients are easy to mix. Place mix into a food processor or blend or use an immersible to puree. Then add water or broth to desired consistency. Makes 8-10 1 cup servings.
