Turkey Taco Burgers

Ingredients
2 Tbsp all white egg substitute2 Tbsp onion, minced1 Tbsp taco seasoning1/2 Tbsp minced garlic1/8 tsp black pepper8 oz 99% fat free ground turkey (Shadybrook Farms)
Directions
In a large bowl, combie the first 5 ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into 2 balls.

Cook turkey burgers on preheated George Foreman grill until done, about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with or without bun and with toppings of your choice.
