Brown Sugar Pie

1/2 cup milk.25 flour1 cup sugar1/2 cup dark brown sugar1/2 cup light brown sugar3/4 cup butter3 egg yolks1 whole egg1 tsp. vanilla extractReady to bake pie crust1 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 350 degress.
In sauce pan, mix milk, sugar, flour, and butter. Hit until smooth and completely dissolved.
Cool.
Mix egg yolks, egg, salt, and vanilla extract.
Stir egg mixture into sugar mixture. Make sure sugar mixture is cool, or it will cook eggs (nasty).
Pour into crust. Bake 40 minutes, until middle is puffy. Turn oven down to 250 degrees. Bake another 15 minutes.
Let cool completely, or will be liquid in the middle when cut- needs to firm as it cools.
Makes 8 equal servings.
