Rachel's Apple Sauce

Ingredients
10 apples peeled, cored and chopped2 TBS ground cinnamonabout 3 TBS water add more while cooking if needed
Directions
peel, core and chop apples
put chopped apples, water and cinnamon in a pot and turn the flame on medium/low
let cook down to the consistency you prefer while stirring often
I like to have some lumps but not too many
enjoy
