Delicious and Simple Baked Apples

Ingredients
5 tart apples 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon butter 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon1/4 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Scoop out the core from top of the apple, leaving a well. Do not cut all the way through.

Mix Brown sugar, cinnamon and raisins.

Stuff each apple with brown sugar, mixture. Top with piece of butter.

Place in a shallow baking dish with 3/4 cup of boiling water in bottom..

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until sugar begins to caramelize and apples are tender.
