Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt1 tbsp unpacked brown sugar
Directions
Boil sweet potatoes until tender (until breaks apart with fork)
Mash potatoes
Add yogurt and brown sugar, mix well
Serve!

Makes 4 servings.

Great alternative to regular potatoes.
