8 plum tomatoes1 red onion1 green bell pepper1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro2 tbsp lime juice1 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp salt1 tbsp cumin
Directions
Blend/puree all ingredients together. serve with chips or veggies. Delicious. Makes 16 1/2-cup servings.
