Ingredients

    10 Egg whites
    2 Egg Yolks
    6 C Skim Milk
1/3 C Sugar free vanilla syrup or 2 tsp vanilla flavoring and 1/3 C sweet n low
Adjust vanilla and sweetener to taste
    nutmeg

Directions

Mix all together, eggs first, and pour in to 7 small oven safe bowls, sprinkle nutmeg on top and bake in a large baking pan containing an inch or so of water at 325 for 40-45 min or until consistency of soft jello. The water bath makes it cook more evenly. Will continue to bake some after removing from oven. Over-baking will result in curdled custard; water and egg will separate. Under-baking will result in runny custard.
Serve warm. Can store in fridge for several days, covered. Slowly reheat leftovers in microwave.
